Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

To qualify:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
Tags and original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
